How do I become a model with Reinhard?

For any person interested in representation within the Print/Runway Divisions, your first step is to send photographs. From there, if we’re interested in speaking further, we’ll contact you to set up a meeting. Please see "Contact Us" for further information.

How do I become an actor with Reinhard?

For any person interested in representation within the Talent division, please submit your headshot and acting resume. From there, if we’re interested in hearing your monologue, we’ll call you to set up a meeting. Please see "Contact Us" for further information.

What kind of photos should I send?

For models interested in print/ runway, we’d like to see a head shot and a full length shot, both smiling and not smiling. Photos do not need to be professional. Photos should not have beeen touched up with Photoshop or any other editing software and when possible, should be taken in outdoor light. For talent, please submit your professional headshot and resume.

What should I wear in my photos?

A general rule of thumb is to wear something simple and fitted. For women, jeans/leggings/short fitted skirt, and a tank top are ideal. For men, jeans and a simple t-shirt with no logos is preferred. For children, casual or school clothes.

Should I include anything else with my photos?

Yes. Please include your name, age, height, and one of the following:

Children: clothing size and shoe
Women: dress size and standard measurements of bust/waist/hip, shoe size
Men: Suit size and standard measurements of neck/sleeve and waist, inseam, shoe size.

Please also include a cover letter and, if applicable, a resume listing any prior modeling or acting experience.

Where do I send my photos and/or acting resume?

We accept submissions via U.S. mail and e-mail. Our mailing address is Reinhard Agency, 2021 Arch St., Suite 400, Philadelphia, PA 19103. Our email address is submissions@reinhardagency.com.

Will I get a response either way when I submit my images?

If you submit via email, you will receive an automatic response notifying you of receipt. If you send a hard copy via postal mail, unfortunately due to the high volume of submissions we are not able to contact you unless interested in scheduling a meeting to discuss potential representation.

How long does it take to hear back?

We will contact you within approximately three to four weeks if interested.

Do you represent children?

Yes, age 3 years and older.

Do you offer classes?

Reinhard is not a school and as such, does not offer classes. Reinhard is happy to suggest acting classes to those that we represent.

Is there a charge or any fees?

No, there are no fees associated with representation at Reinhard.

Can you recommend a photographer?

We do not recommend photographers to individuals not currently represented by Reinhard.

Do you have open call/accept walk ins?

We do not hold open calls or accept walk ins.

If I already have representation, can I work with Reinhard in addition to another agency?

We ask that our models and talent work solely with Reinhard in the Philadelphia region. Representation in non-competing markets is not a conflict.
